ok well you should probably stretch everyday even if its just for 10 mins, for the middle splits you should do a wall stretch for 30 seconds to a minute.
BUT make sure you’re warmed up so like do 5 mins of jumping jacks or running up and down your stairs, if you’re not warm before you stretch you could pull or rip a muscle.
For the regular splits you should stretch your hamstrings ALOT and do lunges for 30+ seconds
When or if you’re a couple of centimeters off and cant seem to get any lower, you should then introduce the over splits
[Like those but you can use some books if you don’t have a mat!]
It would also help to sit in the splits, or as far low down as you can go while watching TV!
